If you would like to produce good results, you create your very own lens profile. There are so many imprecisions in these little cameras, that I highly recommend to get a lens grid and print it out as B&W pdf. The last time I did this, I got a large paper for few bucks. Ask the printer guy to print it as letter, there is no need to get expensive.

Each lens is set a tiny little bit different and for the normal use it doesn’t matter, but given the fact that most sensors are not exactly in the middle either, distortion and imprecision adds up.

Since this is a fixed lens device, a single calibration should do the trick, for each camera. IF you would use a any other camera/lens, even the focus adjustment might change the results.
