Hi Devoted,
Here is your file back.
I decided to rebuild it.
You will find three files in the link
https://www.amazon.com/clouddrive/share/UdcTFDC9HxroY1sX17vQcZQSaaS33iOtEYrWRuTsOFt?ref_=cd_ph_share_link_copy
The first one sets up the Suspension. You certainly want to fine tune this
The second file adds two Motors to it. I guess that is enough to drive the car and to explore the set up.
The third one, well, just for giggles. ENJOY!
My advice: I would suggest this step by step, and name your objects which belongs to which, it takes a lot stress out of the set up
BTW, the friction and bounce values should represent the environment you are in, ice, mud or tar, etc., as well as the rubber.
There are some tutorials from Andy here on Cineversity
https://www.cineversity.com/vidplaytut/connector_basics_wheel_suspension
Perhaps going through all of them to collect some tips alone is worth the time.
A simple Motor set up is here as well

All the best
I hope you get the project working in the way you like.
