I recently migrated to windows and am trying to import a quicktime proresHQ444 into motion tracker without success.
Thoughts?

Hi Tom,

I assume it plays nicely otherwise on your system, even outside of Adobe Software?

Please check with the support.

Sorry about your trouble.

It works fine with h264 files, but not the proreshq444.  I havn’t tried proreshq422.

Hi Tom,

I’m not sure if there is an option with HQ 444(4) or even with XQ on windows. I hope it is not too much trouble to convert clips for now, as lower versions obviously work for you.

My best wishes.
