Relinking the default HDRI image

Somehow I’ve lost the link to the R20 HDRI image. It’s still linked in R19 but I don’t even see an image in the default Beckman reflection. All I’m getting is the tiled floor reflection, No environment.

Can someone help?

Thanks everyone,

Hi R.Cates,

The material you are looking for is the mat_prev_env.hdr, and should be in the Maxon folder> library, materialpreview.

Otherwise, I can find it in the Browser Content as well, have you installed this content already?

Please note that anything in this forum should be only based on the Help button below the tutorial clip. To start a new thread here mixes this forum and it becomes hard to search.
Thanks for understanding.

Typically, the best way to get a quick and proper reply is given in the Q&A forum while sharing a scene file. Most cases can be answered quickly based on the given scene file information. Without scene file, it becomes more of a guess work, than a professional answer. Guessing is more often than not a waste of time on all sides. Nothing that I wish for anyone here to experience, if easily avoidable.

As a side note:Not sure at all if that helps, but have a look here, to check places. I was not able to reproduce it other than to change the default set up.
