CV Toolbox suddenly asking for sign in—but won’t accept sign in

Unfortunately the error doesn’t help much. I’ve sent you a private message with my email address. Hopefully we can share some more debug info outside the forum and figure out the cause.

Hi Rick,

i’ve had issues with cv toolbox too of late, just reinstalled the latest version today and get this when logging in.

File "'CV-Toolbox.pypv'", line 777, in InitValues
  File "'CV-Toolbox.pypv'", line 1045, in checkInstalled
AttributeError: 'NoneType' object has no attribute 'getroot'
Traceback (most recent call last):
  File "'CV-Toolbox.pypv'", line 851, in Command
AttributeError: 'NoneType' object has no attribute 'getAuthFromCineversity'
Traceback (most recent call last): 

This is r19, windows 10.

Ah ok strange,

so just restarted c4d and now cv toolbox has loaded up and logged me in.  Looks like it accepted the login details despite giving an error.

I recently can’t login CV-Toolbox and start having this error on the console (at the very end):
